  Shunned in the Park...

  today was rather a beautifully balmy hot summers day in the uk and i decided to take the babies to the park with a non jw friend of mine (let's call her y).

  as i arrived in the park i caught sight of my best jw friend (let's call her x), one of the many who has decided she wants nothing more to do with me or my family.

  i went to meet up with y and x walked straight past me with a quick flick round , obviously to check my babies out!

  I have a super secret prank for tomorrow's convention

  a witness cannot question anything from a critic's point of view.

  wondering aloud why the watchtower says a certain thing can get you in trouble with the think police (the elders).

  what things can you think of that are taboo for jws??

  Play football, go to college, say the pledge of allegiance, date just for the fun of it, ask the wrong questions, participate in holiday or birthday parties at school, go to school dances, watch R-rated movies(never mind, I did that anyway), hang out with worldly kids who were far better association than the kids at the kingdom hall, sleep in on the weekends, basically anything that would have made me feel like a normal person.
